A. Information You Provide Directly
- Business name, address, phone numbers, email, billing information
- Payment details (processed securely by Square – we never store full credit card numbers)
- Integration credentials (Google Calendar, Calendly, Jobber, etc.)
- Account login credentials
B. Information Automatically Collected from Calls Handled by Our AI
- Caller phone number, name, address, and any other details the caller voluntarily shares
- Full call recordings and AI-generated transcripts
- Appointment details, service requests, and payment amounts discussed on calls
C. Technical & Usage Data
- IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages
- Dashboard activity logs and analytics
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To answer calls, book appointments, process payments, and send call summaries
- To train and improve our AI models (using only anonymized and aggregated call data)
- To send transactional emails and SMS (call recaps, appointment confirmations, billing notices)
- To detect fraud, spam, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information.
We may share information with:
- Third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (Google Cloud, AWS, Twilio, OpenAI/Anthropic, Square, SendGrid, etc.) – all under strict confidentiality agreements
- Your connected scheduling/payment platforms (Google Calendar, Jobber, Calendly, Housecall Pro, Service Titan, etc.) so we can book appointments and process payments on your behalf
- Law enforcement or government authorities if required by law or to protect our rights
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets
4. Call Recordings & Transcripts
All calls are recorded for quality, training, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you (the account owner) and authorized Call Monkey AI staff.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You may access, download, or delete your data and call recordings at any time from your dashboard. You may request deletion of specific calls or your entire account by emailing hello@callmonkey.ai. You may opt out of non-essential emails.
7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA Rights)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-contextual behavioral advertising)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

8. Children's Privacy

Requesting Deletion of Your Data
If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems (including your account, job history, review campaign data, connected integrations, and any other information we hold about you), please submit a request by emailing us at hello@callmonkey.ai. In your request, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your CallMonkey account
- A clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data
We will verify your identity (to prevent fraudulent requests) and process your deletion request promptly, typically within 30 days (or as required by applicable law). We will confirm once the deletion is complete and, where required, notify any third-party integrations (such as Google or Meta) to revoke access or delete related data.
Note: Some data may be retained if required for legal reasons (e.g., tax or billing records) or to comply with our obligations, but we will minimize this and inform you if applicable.
For other rights (e.g., accessing or exporting your data), you can submit a similar request to the same email address.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
