    Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

    As a user of CallMonkey.ai, you have certain rights regarding your personal data that we collect and process. These include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including any data associated with third-party integrations such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta).

    Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Data

    If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to CallMonkey.ai for social media management or publishing features, we may store the following data:

    • Your Facebook/Instagram access tokens (used to publish content on your behalf)
    • Your Facebook Page ID and name
    • Your Instagram Business Account ID and username
    • Content you have scheduled or published through our platform
    • Connection timestamps and status

    Requesting Deletion of Your Data

    If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems (including your account, job history, review campaign data, connected integrations such as Facebook and Instagram, and any other information we hold about you), please submit a request by emailing us at hello@callmonkey.ai.

    In your request, please include:

    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your CallMonkey account
    • A clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data
    • If specifically requesting deletion of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data, please mention this in your request

    What Happens After You Submit a Request

    We will verify your identity (to prevent fraudulent requests) and process your deletion request promptly, typically within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

    Upon processing your request, we will:

    • Delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems
    • Revoke any access tokens for connected services (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
    • Remove any scheduled or draft social media posts
    • Delete your connection records and publishing history
    • Confirm once the deletion is complete

    Disconnecting Without Full Account Deletion

    If you only wish to disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account without deleting your entire CallMonkey account, you can do so directly from your CallMonkey dashboard under Marketing → Social Media settings, or by contacting us at hello@callmonkey.ai.

    When you disconnect a Meta integration, we will:

    • Immediately revoke the stored access tokens
    • Delete the associated Page/Account IDs and names
    • Remove any pending scheduled posts for that connection

    Data Retention

    Note: Some data may be retained if required for legal reasons (e.g., tax or billing records) or to comply with our obligations, but we will minimize this and inform you if applicable.

    Other Data Rights

    For other rights (e.g., accessing or exporting your data), you can submit a similar request to the same email address.

    We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
